Simple Homemade Strawberry Cashew Milk
Homemade, Simple, and Refreshing…
We’re spicing things up ova here! I’m pumped to share my first attempt at making homemade strawberry cashew milk. I’ve seen it trending at cafes here in Austin (and I’m sure you’ve seen it poppin’ up in your city too). When I received my new juicer from Hurom, I knew I wanted to have a go at makin’ it. I typically use a nut milk bag for my homemade nut milks (see here), but sometimes it’s such a grind since it’s a more manual process. It was really fun experimenting with a juicer and not having to strain it myself. All in all, it was a success! It was delicious and refreshing in an iced matcha latte, and we repurposed the pulp to make cashew crackers.
