How I Organize My Calendar | Task Batching, Efficiency, Stressing Less
Today, I’m nerding out and sharing exactly how I organize my Google calendar to plan my weeks, stay organized, and stress less. You can also download my customized calendar colors, because let’s be real… the default calendar colors are overwhelmingly loud. Feel free to use ‘em too!
From color-coding to task-batching, this is the system that has worked best for me. Specifically, task-batching has been the most impactful shift I made in my business two years ago, so I’m excited to share more about that in this video.

For me, productivity isn’t a matter of how much can you get done in a day. Rather, it’s about taking the time upfront to create a system and get organized, so you can stress less, get the shiz done that matters, and hopefully have more time to live your life outside of work.
When you approach productivity from a place of self-CARE (rather than a place of self-worth), you get an entirely different story.
I deserve to set boundaries with my work.
I deserve to create a structure, so I can find more ease.
I deserve to make the most of my efforts, so I can reclaim my time.
^ This is the real productivity, in my opinion.
There are so many different productivity hacks and approaches, but with all of the free tools and technology out there, I am certain there is a system and tool that’s just right for you.
