7 Ways I Handle Stressful and Overwhelming Days
No matter how organized your calendar is or how badass you are in Notion, life gets messy and there are lots of moving pieces. Looking back - I have definitely grown a lot in the stress management department. There are situations that used to make me crumble or feel paralyzed, and while those kinds of days still happen, the way I handle them is hecka better.
A lot of the tools I've picked up are from being a forever student of meditation and mindfulness which has immensely helped with my anxiety. Being self-employed for the past several years, running my business and the experience of solving problems and making decisions has also had a big impact.

The best way that I’ve been able to realistically manage any stress storm that’s brewin’ is to problem-solve my way out of it. To do this, you can write out a list of what is stressing you out/what needs to get done, and then prioritize the items into categories tagged low, medium, and high priority.
