Happy #ThingsILoveThursday! I hope everyone has enjoyed their week so far! It is flying by for me, but I am definitely looking forward to the weekend. I'm going to practice riding my bike from my apartment to my job to prepare for summer bike commutes. Gotta cross that Brooklyn Bridge!

Alright, enough about that... and more about this:

things I love...

[WHAT]The Dharma Yoga Wheel.[WHY] It hurts so good.It irons out the kinks in your back, and it helps stretch and strengthen those muscles which you will be grateful for when you're older and not as bendy. Our poor backs go through hell and back from lifting heavy items, getting out bed the wrong way, hunching over at our desks all day... trust me, everyone could use a little wheel therapy. [WHAT] BUDDHI BOX.[WHY] It's like a box of gifts (to myself) every month. I get to learn about cool, ethical products and it's always a surprise. [WHAT] SAGE-ing my apartment. [WHY] It resets the energy of the room. I want to keep the good vibes vibin', so I light it up and let it burn.

[WHAT]THE LOVE ASSEMBLY blog by Aubrey Daquinag (above left photo). [WHY] She has incredibly inspiring posts on her travels. Her Instagram gallery is filled with visual imagery that will be sure to set off your wanderlust to even greater heights. [WHAT] My post 'That Time I Paid $8 for a Jar of Indian Dirt' written January 2014 (above right photo). [WHY] Because I still use that damn jar of dirt, and it still does its job like a champ. It deserves a read.

This wheel, though! Get this wheel. I'll be honest - I thought it was stupid at first, because I didn't understand it. I saw girls doing poses that clearly didn't need a wheel, but now I see how the wheel can guide you into those poses. Ask me any questions (though, I'm still a newbie). Share what you're lovin' in the comments below!
