Working Out Fast & Free with lululemon

We are almost out of the woods, my friends! That beautiful, warm weather we've been anticipating is on its way - I can feel it. I am at the edge of my seat waiting for that first sign of a 70 degree and sunny forecast, so I can spend all day outside. You feel me? This time of year is when all of the excitement for summer starts to build, and people tend to get reeeally motivated to kick their workouts into high gear. Me, included.
A few days ago, I restarted circuit training mixed with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts to complement my regular yoga practice. As if they read my mind, lululemon launched their Nulux fabric which is perfectly made for this type of training. Meant to be, eh? I'll take it as a sign that I'm on the right track with this revamped exercise routine.
Feels like you're streaking, without the actually being naked part
So, I'm not kidding when I say this fabric feels like you're wearing nothing. Literally nothing. Yet, it supports you in all of the right places (thanks high-rise Fast + Free Crop). It's the 'Naked Sensation' technology lululemon has created. But, don't take my word for it. Try it out for yourself.
Fast, Free, and Limitless
We all know the feeling when tights are not fitting...well, tight. Maybe there is gaping in the back or it's baggy around the knees or ankles. It doesn't feel good to be pulling up or down your pants when you're trying to workout. My absolute favorite tights are silky smooth to the touch (can't deal with icky pilling!), super stretchy, and makes me feel hugged and supported around all ze curves. That's the Nulux Fast & Free Crop in a nutshell.
Aside from your bottoms, you also want a top that keeps the girls in place, but doesn't dig into you. I love the Nulux Fast & Free Bra, because the straps are wider with a no seam edge. It's like that invisible underwear we all wear under our yoga pants, except in bra form. I can come home after a long day and not have criss-cross lines all over my back from the straps, which ya know is ideal.
Whether you're a runner, yogi, dancer, boxer, cyclist, and more... We can all agree that it's important to wear clothing that supports your movement, so you can focus on doing what you love! Without limit, I wish you all the the most freeing month ahead.
*Thank you, lululemon, for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are completely (and always will be) my own.
