Hi friends! I'm very excited to share that I partnered with the one and only Kait Hurley on aFeel the Love Movement + Meditation Flow! Kait and I met in Arizona last year at MindBodyGreen's REVITALIZE, and since then, we've become fast friends. She's one of the sweetest and most loving people I know with such a fire for what she does. She's really the whole package, and someone I deeply admire.
I love Kait's approach to combining movement with meditation, because it makes meditation much easier after working up a sweat. Meditation helps give your body deep rest to recover, so after you workout, you are less antsy and it's easier to sit.
In the video below, Kait will lead us through a hip and heart opening yoga flow. The magic of this class isn’t about performing the postures perfectly—it’s about practicing accepting where you are in your practice right now. At the end, Kait will wrap up with a meditation that’s geared towards sending your inner critic love and kindness. This meditation really resonated with me and has helped me let go of my negative self talk while also learning how to be more kind to myself. Let me know what you guys think!
After our video shoot, Kait and I chatted about my journey into wellness, blogging, and turning passion into purpose.
That's it, guys! If you loved this workout and meditation and you want more, Kait is launching a free 7-day exercise and meditation program on Monday, February 26th called Feel The Love.
How it works: Each day of the program, you’ll fire up the 30 minute move and meditate video in your guided plan. The workouts range from grounded yoga flows to high intensity sweat fests, giving you an endorphin high and more positive mindset. The meditation at the end of each video is designed to increase your compassion for yourself and everyone around you. Join me?? Go here to start your free trial.
Thank you so much, Kait, you're a gem! And cheers to us all loving the skin we're in.
