Last Friday I attended the highly-anticipated FounderMade Wellness Summit hosted at Spring Studios in NYC. I was personally very excited to be invited, because so many of the speakers and attendees were people I've long admired. From the Founders & CEOs of companies like MindBodyGreen, Wanderlust, and Greatist to the Editor-in-Chief of Women's Health Magazine, it was quite an explosion of empowering leaders to say the least.
There are two main reasons why I love attending events like these:
Meeting & networking with inspiring people
Learning about new and innovative wellness products
And expanding my knowledge of the wellness industry is so vital for my own wellbeing and for this dear blog of mine. I want to share with you a roundup of my favorite brands I met with that I KNOW you'll really love.

Mother Dirt to restore & maintain good bacteria on the skin. My Magic Mud for activated charcoal toothpaste. I've been using it, and it makes your teeth black in the moment, which is hilarious. That aside, my mouth feels more refreshed and LESS CHEMICAL! PiperWai Activated Charcoal Deodorant... Charcoal seems to be the new coconut oil of 2017. Digging it so far.
