Real Time Journal with Me (+ 25 Grounding Journal Prompts)
Want to journal with me in real time? After reading your submissions on Instagram, it sounds like a lot of us are experiencing similar emotions right now… collectively, we go in and out of feeling ungrounded, anxious, and fearful of the future. It’s understandable and very human to feel this, especially in such abnormal times. One of my favorite ways to sort through my thoughts without judgment or expectations is to journal it out. I let the words flow out of my head and onto paper - raw ‘n unrefined.
In this video, I’m going through some of my go-to grounding journal prompts for more clarity in real-time. You can grab the prompts below and journal along with me or even just use the video as peaceful background music to help you relax n’ unwind. There’s also a 22-minute timer on the screen in case you need it.
I hope this helps you process what's going on in your head, your heart, your home so you can find some clarity and light.
